$PRCX ~Since those at the helm obviously don't think that their shareholders are worthy of news or PR's on progress, maybe it's time to mention that they should change their name from Phoenix Rising to Phoenix Falling!...? Because for the past year and a half that's all it has done! ~Some tickers you have to avoid like the plague especially the ones where the management has zero interest in their shareholders as it shows through there being no communication on their part!

And it appears that management has diluted the crap out of it! There use to be just a couple hundred million shares being held at the DTC and now over a billion all within a year's time! That's a massive amount of dilution upon their shareholders heads if I do say so myself! Check it out:
