Hudson Bay Capital was around in 2015 and 2016 at least. That much is fact. Its known for pumping and dumping, also a fact. In 2020, Dr. ZB traded all stocks which Hudson Bay involved with suggesting it may have tipped him on 2 of his 4 trades. The 4th trade looks like was done to throw off SEC scent due to potential insider trading involved with trades 2 & 3. 1st trade is bizarre and nothing like the other 3. Regardless this suggests Hudson Bay Capital was around in 2020. If around for 4 years after its toxic financing, it's likely still around.

Sintx hasnt failed though. Its certainly had setbacks and is slow to develop but no failures. Products are moving up that R&D hill toward commercialization.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
