dod jedi mid dec announcement..dod asked amazon, google, msft, and oracle to sign dance card......expanded to others.. anytime sooner would be fine. if wade is waiting for cash from tranche to be added to vcsy coffers and therefore increase value of shares, certified or not, could be too late..but did he ask for at least some specific date? vagueness not being rewarded. a contract would seem to require all the parts are in place and accounted for prior to signing a document.
