Go to Facebook and look up Shareef Elkhafif. On his profile he directly links himself to his DaVinciOTC Twitter and LinkedIn, and also refers to himself as the "God Trader". Then use a search engine and search for Shareef Elkhafif AMLH, you'll get a result for a PDF from the company that shows 100,000,000 restricted shares paid to him for "marketing" services, as well as a note that the shares were returned due the contract being rescinded. Then, if you have StockTwits, you can search for the profile "kerrking and scroll through his messages down to 4/20/22 and read the thread with DaVinci where he states that he's being paid in shares to promote NSAV. That's not at all how you're supposed to use a disclaimer to notify people. Legit "Investor Relations" companies would never use social media the way he does. I'd bet money that TXTM has either paid him under the table, or has compensated him in some way either through shares in TXTM or shares in a privately held business by those guys. To be clear, I have NOT found any filings from TXTM that show a relationship with Shareef Elkhafif. I do know though, for a fact, there is a direct, private relationship between Shareef Elkhafif and Dylan DuPooPoo and "Dr"J. DaVinci has swindled over $1M (likely much more) from unsuspecting investors across many tickers by front loading or receiving shares from companies, pumping the stock to his followers, then dumping his shares as his followers are piling in as they create the exit liquidity needed to offload tons of shares without tanking the price. These types will then sometimes turn around and open a short position knowing the price is going to plummet once they are quiet for a week or so, then they buy back in with smaller positions to not cause a major spike in price and start the pump over again. They can do this many, many times depending on how popular the ticker gets on social media, especially in a socially popular industry like cannabis.
