Q4 will be a downer but still cash flow positive. They lowered the year end to $155-165 mil with cfo saying more than likely in the middle. With a $119mil for 9 months $155 mil at the low end that would come to $36mil which would really stink while $165mil would come in at $46 Mil. With cfo calling for more than likely at $41 mil. at $160mil

Love the honesty here. Remember this we are buying the management which is 2nd to none.
