Reallybadtrader,Zen,Gip do you guys have your 'hide board info' on or off?? All the infos are above regarding the shares structure..Per my DD with TA, below is the updated shares structure as of Jan 28, 2007..That is why we have the Ibox above for a quick dd or reference..

Reallybadtrader, I dont know where did you come up with 62mil float but I think the fair value of the company should around $4.47..Is my math correct??

OUTSTANDING SHARES: 57,002,301 million
RESTRICTED SHARES: 56,932,926 million
FLOATS: 44,662,717 million
