property interest."

Oh, I DON'T THINK SO, UNCLE SUGGY! WHEN YOU TAKE ALL THE ECONOMIC RIGHTS OF THE SHAREHOLDERS FOR YOURSELF INTO PERPETUITY YOU HAVE TAKEN OUR MOST IMPORTANT BUNDLE OF RIGHTS AS SHAREHOLDERS!
