First of all GS should had provided a court approved certification of the transfer agents numbers
Second Nevada Court just doesn’t cancel shares
Third Calasse doesn’t have to be part of the custodianship to keep his share.
This is why so many dead shells are left by the wayside because of previous owners shares.
The way this gets resolved if GS is willing is to take Calasse shares as debt like Lazar did with 8 billion invalid shares the court wouldn’t cancel
GS should be looked at by the SEC for pumping a court decision for investors before a decision
