Your" simple "math is way off. Mikah only shares 1/2 of Elite's profit from Adderall. it is not a straight 1/3 split each between the 3 entities, Lannett , Mikah and Elite. On $10 Million in revenues, the profit likely is $2-3 M. If profit is $3M, LCI gets 1.5, and Elite and Mikah each split $1.5 or $750k each.
