The combined enterprise value will 313 million plus a 285 million cash.position. The marketcap of the two companies added together today in US$ is 225 Niocorp and US$ 305 million GXII. The marketcap of the merged company is everybody's guess at this time. Given similar companies and using a PE ratio similar to Molycorp- MP of 22 could bring a Nasdaq marketcap of 22 times projected net earnings for Niocorp.
Without GXII no future earnings, no share value, just dreams.
