PhaseBio will be will be in Chapter 11 Court today.

The Judge, based on last weeks audio recording of court discussion, is highly likely to allow PHASQ to go forward with excepting bids starting at $100M for their highly sought after lead drug.

Italian giant Chiesi Pharma has opened the bids with a $100M on the table.

PHASQ @ .09 has 49M shares....So the opening bid already tops $2.00 a share.

There will be multiple bidders according to PHASQ CEO.
