I was a little taken aback when a lot of the posters were enthusiast about our chances in a jury trial, especially in DC. I'm like - "I don't think you folks are clear on the concept". But everyone is entitled to their opinion and maybe it will work out in the end. HH did a great job and I was hopeful we would win, but, as I said, he had a high mountain to climb.

If all of the shareholders' hopes came down to a single case, I would rather it be a bench trial than jury.

But since there are several cases, I think there is more upside to having one jury trial mixed in rather than having them all be bench trials.

It's sad that a (presumably 4-4) hung jury is the closest any case has gotten to victory.

Got legal theories no plaintiff has tried? File your own lawsuit or shut up.

Posting about other posters is the last refuge of the incompetent.
