Hope they appeal. There is a really good chance an appeal overturns the decision.

Would it be appealed to Scotus? I would hope a better outcome from a larger group at the highest level would result in a favorable outcome.

They have more eyes on them and I believe it's a better chance they can't or won't look the other way on such a ruling.

Not like the incidental powers BS. This appointments issue is a bigger stretch, imo.

That directors with tons of power can stay indefinitely without being confirmed. Horrible precedent.

My hope and my thoughts on the subject, anyways.

Also looking for appropriations issue helping our fight.
