He clearly lied about the merger being done which ...by implication... meant both DD and the audit had been finalized. Now not only has the audit NOT been done... Suddenly there are ''TWO''????

I gave an example before of a 1-for-50,000 R/S. In that case investors woke to find that for every 1 million shares they owned at .0001 they suddenly owned 20 priced at $5.00 ea. Both had a total value of $100. However, the R/S essentially allowed management to dump shares at prices well below the pre-R/S .0001. By the time they were thru each $100 invested was worth $3 or $4 total.
