The problem is lack of credibility in the company's positive future along with a lack of PR to give investors confidence to invest even at these way below fair value stock prices. The failure to launch approved ANDAs along with the weak sales of other drugs beside Adderall continues to disappoint.
That being said, it only takes a few new new serious investors to move this thinly traded stock since offers remain scarce. If someone tries to buy even few million shares, currently only a 60- 90k investment, this stock can be a fast double from here. Watching volume and level 2 it appears here leads me to conclude most shareholders are not selling at these ridiculous prices.

New MM came on today. INTL making a total of 10.
