Azz-if it wasn't enough salt rubbed in shareholders' faces when the SEC filed an Admin. Proceeding to revoke the company's stock registration for severely delinquent Financials....sheesh!!!

That's what happens when you have an unqualified person in charge of a company making promises to share-holders he had no way of keeping. And on top of that IND Approval from FDA for Phase II ... AE37 plus Keytruda® (pembrolizumab) for the Treatment of Triple Negative Breast Cancer will never see the light of day. Thanks Joe. Great job dude. Your company may have had
something novel and you blew that.

To make matters worse, one has to wonder if their vaccine was for real or Memorex.
All credibility is gone with Joe.

What a MESS. Too many balls in the air for him to juggle, promises made to shareholders for a better Company disappeared like smoke from a cigarette. Poof~!

When Joe started doing those radio shows from Florida on an AM station, I thought it phony. Who but retirees listen to that kind of radio show~?

Whole thing smelled now that I think back. Spinoffs where shareholders get shares pre-IPO. The Vaccine deal with China which sounded kind of stupid. Give technology to the enemy. Okay....... anything for money. But that never panned out, did it~?

Just unreal............. what seemed to be a promising investment was a sham.
