The problem that I find with sub penny stocks is the company is ran by crooks or they ran by really dumb people. There is a reason that a company becomes a sub penny stock, and it always reflects back to the company's President and CEO's that is behind the company. My financial advisor told me a company becomes a sub penny stock is because of piss poor management. I have to say he is right and BOTY is a prime example.
