I think the way we get through this logjam though is just how the CEO of Glass House and others have described, which is states will just start doing interstate commerce agreements, and if the Feds come after them then it gets litigated in the courtrooms. That is where things will advance. In the courts.

It still doesn't solve the banking, ATMs, bank cards, electronic payroll, or 280e tax issues. We need SAFE or some kind of legislation for that. Or De-scheduling.
