I think if the Dems keep control or add Senate seats there is a 50/50 chance they at least pass SAFE+, but there is also a 50/50 chance they keep the cannabis card in their back pocket for future election cycles and claim they're "waiting for the research to be completed to support the re(de)scheduling of cannabis."

I think if McConnell becomes Majority Leader he won't even bring up the Schumer bill for a vote. Ever.

There is a possibility he might throw his support behind a Nancy Mace (R) sponsored States Rights bill.
