You are ignoring the fact that if the company markets their own drugs, they will save all the money they paid to distributors. If the split was 50/50, they only have to sell half the amount to make the same amount of money they made to match revenue numbers. With the current shortage of Adderall, sales to pharmacies should not be that difficult, especially since they have proven quality of product via Lannett sales.

BTW, since Lannett may or not be leaving by March 31. 2023, the revenue numbers here will be solid at least until the April 2023 report until 5 full months away. During that hiatus, lots of stuff can happen such as launch of Sabril, and one or two new filings.
