I think Johnny is smarter than the Canes CEO that tries to keep secretly buying more and more lottery tickets until he wins to make payroll. Johnny can sell lottery tickets after he first wins the Powerball to raise capital. Also, if Johnny would buy more tickets than the Canes CEO he would fare better to win and be smarter at the math. Johnny's biggest nemesis would be if he buys every combination and there are multiple winners, so obviously he didn't buy every combination for Saturday or he would have scored a profit.

To take a breather we could get the OTTV Away team to temporarily suspend giving out fliers and instead work to buy all of the combinations for Viva.
