What we actually know is that Nader conspired with Kelly to have a meeting of the Board without all members present. Nader was able to oust Pestell, with a claim “for cause”, which was proven false in court and cost the company tens of millions. Hilarious that after 4 years of attempting the HIV BLA and receiving an RTF and ultimately pulling the BLA, folks are critical of Pestell when he had only a few months at Cydy, if that, before Nader pulled any power he had to interact with employees.
