Dscr is still active in Wyoming and I cannot find any legal action being taken against them. No lawsuits, No bankrupcys, No cease and desist, No shutdowns, No nothing.... I do see that every quarter they report the status of their current activities which include the Ruby gold mine and a joint venture in Zambia.
Plus a couple of other things that could be in the works based on their current rating.
Everyone is just waiting for the CE status to be eliminated and that DSCR will soon be Pink Current once again.
