Honestly Elon Musk is perfect fit for a take over of NioCorp! Think about it. Mark basically took whatever offer he could find. Zero prospects that would pony up the cash, hence the SPAC method. If I’m Musk I would offer a slightly better offer then the 67% crap SPAC offer that we are just giving away our company to become Nasdaq eligible. Instantly Musk would add credibility to our current owner who was the CEO when Molycorp went bankrupt( I know it was Chinas fault) . Musk is a No brainer to run NioCorp! He needs us and we clearly need him!! Let’s make this deal happen!!
