I am saying that despite the evidence, they are sticking with their opposition. I am saying they don't care about obvious facts, they are still saying "No".
If indifferent, then yes, they'd want to just wrap it up.
But, if they don't care about right and wrong, and instead are consumed by their bias, then they will fight us on any and everything we show them. I mean, short of Demarco/ TREASURY/ fhfa saying they wronged us, I don't believe a bias juror will switch sides. If it is rigged (through bias),then you can't convince them because convincing would assume their opposition is based on rational and reasonable assertions or a lack of knowledge. I can work with that, but if no matter how damning the evidence they won't budge, I mean what else does that point to. Just like no Judge can help resolve this? They know better, but choose to look the other way.
That's why gov sticks with "Death Spiral" lie and commitment erosion, both proven lies, but they don't budge. Deny deny deny.
Is it because they fully believe it? No. Not at all.
