Maybe its better for a mistrial at this point. I can't imagine that, even if the 4 jurors come around and see that we were unreasonably harmed, they would be willing to give us more than very nominal damages - if any.

HH and the others did a great job. But, as I have said - to win a jury trial in a company town against the company - who supposedly rode to the rescue of America - would be a really, really high mountain to climb for the Ps.
