That's the thing I don't get. We just want reliable information. If they came out a reason why the infomercials or whatever other things they have failed on, people would have more trust in them. Not shut up and wait answers. There could be a plethora or legitimate and illegitimate reasons why this last one and others failed but we never get any info, just snide comments and telling us to wait. Like how to you build investors relations by doing that. It also trickles down. If they treat the people who are helping to finance their company like dirt, how do they really treat their customers.
