The most obvious and rational answer is because they are a couple of scamsters.

If I was on the verge of having a Billion-dollar cannabis disrupting business. I would be hustling my ass off and not trolling social media. I would most definitely not be part of some discord chatroom group, begging them to buy. I would most definitely not insult potential investors, telling them "we don't need you", "you should be thanking us for giving you this opportunity".

There is no professionalism within these 2 at all.

It all screams scam alert.

This has gone as far as it can go. I see a new cannabis crypto as the next nonsensical BS they tweet out in an attempt to instill FOMO. And yet there will still be blank spaces in TXTM financials if even filed. Followed by cheerleading statements: we already know there's nothing to report...but yet, this is going to the NASDAQ.

How stupid are we...I would like to think at least half aren't...BUT, they are greedy as hell and can't make money without the suckers.
