Company estimates the initial cd30 R/R market ~6000



That seems generous - you should look at early adcetris penetration for similar pt poopulation to get a sense of numbers (although SGEN didn't get non-HL cd30 pos patients on label they did get NCCN guidelines so insurances covered these other patient populations)
moving up to earlier lines is not going to be easy for this kind of a therapy IMO
