He was a director for crying out loud. It's going on 2 yrs. and there is no more deals with Starbuds nor any mention. Time for him to move on period as IMO he did not have the time nor interest especially knowing that SHWZ is in very capable hands.

As far as his ownership interest much is if my memory is correct preferreds, convertibles and other instruments.Plus that entails a process that would entail ending some of the high interest. Again IMO, safe banking would/could satisfy that outcome.

This continued fear mongering is really getting old. SHWZ is on a path to growing revenues rapidly and will once again announce results next Tuesday.

Why not sell and sleep better at nights? Fencesetters?
