try again................that's a silly AND rude remark.......
it depends on the rules between the parties in each state
AND that state's Secretary of State who sometimes make up the rules as they go

IT SHOULD apply.....and SHOULD be perfectly CLEAR
to anyone who looked at the ballot.........that ALL doubt was removed

they toss out ballots for the most stupid of reasons depending
on where it's done....
they did that here for a while...one little BS rule broken
and your ballot didn't get counted..........

and THAT is NOTHING TO LAUGH ABOUT
