Yes, it would be nice to have an additional $50 million in revenues. Unfortunately, there was also a chance," high, low" percentage of Eltp being caught up in the litigation. If that were to happen, there would be Attorney costs to defend, or potentially payouts. This could have ended very badly, as I said, sometimes the safe approach allows one to live for another day.
