Examine the document from 10/13/22. I am married (literally) to the legal profession and know better than to surmise that this affair gets resolved by the 10th.

There was a time when I thought that (per council) this could get resolved and/or get tossed out by the supreme court on the cases lack of merit, but that ship has seemingly sailed.

Of course, Sharp and Calasse could work something out sooner than if they came to some sort of agreement ....but that seems highly unlikely in my opinion.

That being said, today's Misinformed action is one reasons I play the OTC.
