Yes its fair, that jury pool was chosen like any other at random. The judge allowed one to leave because, like it or not, the juror said he had other pressing things to do. Next, do we then say all males is bad, all tall guys is bad, guys over 50, persons with college degrees where do we stop for certain trials. It starts as a random jury and the attys whittle it down. Its fair, ppl may not like it but that's what it is.
