How long does it take to close this deal ? Mgmt said on October 21 probate cleared and Lender standing by. So ...... what's the delay now ? Been 2 weeks. Surely don't take than long to set up a settlement date when supposedly all parties were just waiting on probate clearance.

Well, at least most of the ECSL noise has died down to where it should be. Nothing to really talk about until the details of the Lorton deal are provided. Still wondering why ECSL isn't rising more on anticipation of this deal closing given the pie in the sky price predictions for when the deal closes. Tis more likely a rise of any substance would occur on name dropping of terminal operator and customers ..... if of course ECSL is allowed to mention names.
