I mentioned this earlier and all I got was crickets. That answer is, they cannot import cannabis that contains THC over the federal legal limit of .03%. This is a irrefutable fact.

The PR stated that the PO was for hemp biomass, and yet that didn't stop the pumpers from touting that federal laws were somehow being broken, so that "premium cannabis flower" would get imported.
