Can you explain why NP told investors the stock was worth “triple digits”, but shortly later sold 85% of his holdings? Was he “technically” correct now that the stock is .388?

An opinion is neither correct or incorrect, it is an opinion. So really neither. But, yeah that is one they might get him on. Not the FDA though, maybe the SEC investigation for stock promotion. But I don't know enough about SEC law to know if they can make it stick.
