Be aware, if you research conceptual development of this company you will discover Gary was originally hired many many years ago “to promote and sell stock” iirc he was paid $2,500.oo a month. His promotion and selling of stock has been the only revenue driver ever.

His entire family at one point/ticker or another and is listed as benefactors in filings.

It’s a dead fruit on the vine stock. Management is soaking up the last of what is left. Hoping the company will turn a corner and sign that blockbuster contract?

That has been this guys con / the carrot on the stick for the last 20 years.
