Dissidents are everywhere.

Anyone who has read my work here through the years knows that I was not in favor the switch from a trust to a C-corp.

Everyone complained when the trustees received higher pay. They wanted a board of directors.

My side lost. And governance expenses went up as I predicted.

The end result back then did not cause me to sell my stake. I can see this one changing my mind, either.
