Preponderance is the easiest to achieve.
Reasonable doubt is the toughest.
I'm fairly certain I read that specifically for this case that it was a Preponderance. AND NOT beyond reasonable doubt.
But....
If I'm mistaken, provide link that speaks on this Lamberth case being beyond reasonable doubt.
