whats funny is, you equate the SEC going after pink sheets, with the labor board going after a fully incorporated company. If you were to try to get the labor board to go after a lemonade stand some kid stiffed his neighbors kid on wages with, then you'd be closer to equality in representation. To the SEC, QBID is nothing more then a lemonade stand.
