Federal Court Jury Verdicts: Must Be Unanimous

There are two court systems in the United States: federal and state courts. Each covers different types of cases. In the federal system, whether the trial is criminal or civil, the jury must reach a unanimous verdict.

Not a lawyer. Found online.

And I read even if only one juror disagrees with everyone else then it's a hung jury ( mistrial)

Don't shoot the messenger.

I hate this too. Especially with Lamberth manipulation in this case. He made it harder for us to get a unanimous decision, but I think he and govt buddies knew that.

Sad.
