Wondering about the muted reaction today to the great Q3 fins posted yesterday.

I have a couple ideas which may explain this either in part or in combination.

1) Despite the thoughts of some that the impending RS isn't affecting ALTD share price (SP), my feeling is still that it could very well be at least a minor factor and maybe even a major factor.

I have several reasons for feeling this way, not the least of which is personal experience with many tickers that have undergone RS's, none of which ended up having a positive impact on their pre-split SP.

However, with all the great things going on with ALTD, perhaps this company's SP may actually benefit from an RS followed by an uplist to the NASDAQ. Assuming not too much dilution occurs after the RS, a significant increase in revenues (and profits) should outweigh the negative effects of any minimal dilution.

Despite this possibility, the vast majority of OTC players simply HATE RS's and will go out of their way to sell any shares they might own prior to the RS going into effect.

So much for reason #1.

2) For the past 14 months or so, the OTC has been in a bear market (as measured by the OTCQB index). The downturn in this index has been especially severe since last November. I've seen the situation on the OTC described in many ways on other boards, but perhaps the simplest description has referred to it as a "hot mess". As far as I can tell, very few OTC tickers have been able to remain unaffected by this situation. Even tickers that have had a short-term run, have had those runs be very short and followed by a significant correction/consolidation.

Those are my 2 most realistic explanations, but, of course, there are other possible reasons which could explain such a lackluster SP performance by ALTD today.

In any case, I believe with the greatly expanding revenues that ALTD has already demonstrated, SP will take care of itself. All one needs is the patience to see this through the potential ups and downs in the transition from OTC to NASDAQ.

Good luck to all ALTD longs.
