'Talking numbers' is the last stage.

If you are buying a car, you probably are not all that interested in the price unless you are serious, that is, have decided to buy.

So, "talk about numbers" is a very good sign. If shareholders had no chance of winning, what difference would the numbers make?

Let's see. Im gonna calculate how much I did not win in the lottery. Thats a $1billion lottery, I would go for the lump sum. So, it would be less than that, minus taxes. I estimate that "I didn't win" around $600 million. Any one else like to guess?

The numbers dont matter unless you are winning.
