Ps simple argument should follow how ppl owe their mortgage and payment... once their principle and interest paid, ANY OVERPAYMENT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED. The fact they claimed overpayment as good and reasonable, The honorable judge and juries should punish gov more damage as they lie and rebuke their action.
Ps lawyers should ask, why they are not treating AIG or GM the same as FnF... NWS them or TBTF Banks ? Bunch of thieves.
