So, I'm looking at the level 2 over on the OTC, doesn't make sense to me, they got over 350k on the ask at 4 cents, and it doesn't move, nothing moves, are they fake, or are we in an alternate universe, I just don't get it.
when I place an order with my broker, I better have the money to back it up or it don't fly.
and most of the time the order on the ask, goes through in a blink of an eye.
