I believe the moves they are making with the debt is a good decision, as it lets them move forward without those obstacles, and becomes more favorable towards larger investors.
However, one thing seems to catch my eye. Let me know if this isnt true, but isnt Cobrador one of the investors with convertible debt?? Who's owner or whatever, is a part of ABM board? Wouldn't that give them a large amount of cheap shares.

Why would they do that?
