NWGC is not calling itself anything right now. It obviously needs Bob to grow some balls, or find a new CEO to take over that OTC markets would fall in love with, like Elon Musk to take over and file etc.... Don't laugh, he bought Twitter for about 45 Billion dollars with other peoples money and some of his own?

That said, Bob tried and OTC Markets screwed us (IMO) all and blocked the filing of the attorney let in the last day, and cut off his OTC Markets access to file, ....Question is Why? To protect shorts?

So we wait for the next revival. If Bob was going to move forward, I doubt he would have failed to file the Florida annual filing in a timely manner. Anything is possible...
My guess (and others) is that he is looking for a buyer/CEO, that OTC Markets would accept to take over and file, and or a R/M with a firm with SEC uplist plans. And his not filing the Florida update may have been a come buy this ad?

I have all my shares....

Note worthy that no one is selling. I find that very telling.
