But keep in mind, it hasn't even been six months since the appeal was filed. It'll be another six months until a court date. Then another six months for the decision.

If you feel like this has dragged on, I'm not even sure if we're halfway yet. Sometimes intelligent people can recognize they made a mistake and try to find a different outcome. That is the only positive possibility in the short term, apart from Calasse giving up completely.
