Again, the SEC/DOJ isn’t investigating by coincidence
Lets mark this post and see if you are right once the investigation is complete. He had enormous pressure to get the BLA done in 2020 and the stock did hit $10 in June 2020 after the covid jump on March 30th. Hell, I bet a lot of shareholders sold in April it jumped from $1 to $3. So it could be a coincidence both happened at the same time. I don't think I am as salty on him. I am guessing they checked his book and PhD credentials. Just saying.
